Refund policy
Returns must be done within 30 days of the invoice date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Product cannot be returned if it has been used, altered or shows signs of age. All products must have a prior approval before being returned, please email your request to orders@hcsupply.ca.
After your return is received and inspected for approval we will notify you once the credit has been issued. Credit for returns will be applied to your customer account. All regularly stocked items will not be subject to a restocking fee. Special ordered products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Private labelled, discontinued, clearance and custom made items are not eligible for return. Any item that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons is also nonrefundable such as but not limited to Lift Chairs, Pillows, supports and braces, bathroom equipment and compression stockings.
Please when returning products, ensure that they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. No parcels will be accepted collect.
